Cookie Notice & Preferences

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate this Site. We apply strict prior consent in the U.S. for any non-essential categories and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). You can manage choices anytime via Cookie Settings (link in footer).

1) What are cookies?

Small files stored on your device to keep the Site working, remember preferences, measure performance, and (if enabled) support marketing.

2) Your choices

  • Banner & Center: On first visit, you can Accept All, Reject Non-Essential, or Customize.

  • Do Not Sell/Share: We provide a link to exercise CPRA opt-out controls. We currently do not sell/share personal information.

  • GPC: If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out and keep non-essential categories off.

3) Categories we use

  • Strictly Necessary (always on): security, load balancing, session management; do not store PII for advertising.

    • Examples: __cf_bm / cf_clearance (CDN/security, if Cloudflare is used), session ID (sid), consent cookie (consent_status).

  • Functional (off by default): remembers settings such as language or form persistence.

    • Example: pref_lang, form_save.

  • Analytics (off by default): understand usage to improve the Site. (Currently none deployed.)

    • Potential future examples: Google Analytics /_ga, /_gid; HubSpot hubspotutk.

  • Marketing (off by default): measure campaigns or build audiences. (Currently none deployed.)

    • Potential future examples: Mailchimp landing mc_landing_site; advertising pixels.

If we introduce new tools (e.g., HubSpot or Mailchimp), no non-essential cookie will run until you opt in. The Cookie Settings will always display an up-to-date list.

4) Managing cookies

Use Cookie Settings (footer) or your browser controls to delete or block cookies. Blocking some cookies may impact the Site’s functionality.

5) Changes

We will update this Notice and the in-product Cookie Settings if our practices change.
